purchase orders.
In order to ship your order, the followings are required.
- Valid Purchase Order Form on School, Government or Library Letterhead
- Complete Billing Information
- Complete Shipping Information
- Contact Person's Name and Phone Number
- Authorized Signature and Position of Signer
To place a purchase order with DVD-Supply.COM:
1. Use the on-line shopping cart to select the items you want.
2. When
finished selecting, go through the check-out process and select the type of payment you wish to use, follow through the check-out process until you are
given an order number and a confirmation page which you can print for your record.
3. For check payment Fill out
your standard purchase order using the information on the order confirmation page.

Purchase orders with credit card payment will be processed immediately upon receipt;
Purchase order with check payment will be invoiced with Net 15 terms, and
processed the next business day after receipt of purchase order.
