Purchases from DVD-Supply.com are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Free round-trip shipping exchange on wrong product send by Merchant-related mistakes.
• RMA number issued is valid for 14 days only.
• All return merchandise without the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box will be returned by us unprocessed.
• All return merchandise received with RMA number issued 15 days or more before will be considered the same as returned merchandise without RMA number, and will either be processed with delay of up to 30 days or return unprocessed at our sole discretion.
• 15% restocking charge on current market price for unwanted/incompatible merchandise returned in resalable condition returned in 14 days
• No return after 14 days.
• Shipping, handling, insurance and labor charges are not refundable.
• All defective merchandise under warranty will be repaired or replaced under the sole discretion of DVD-Supply.com
• All defective merchandise under warranty that is unavailable or discontinued will be replaced with merchandise that is deemed equivalent by DVD-Supply.com.
• The customer is responsible for all expenses to send back defective merchandise to our company.
• All repaired/replaced merchandise will be sent back to the customer by UPS Ground service at no charge to the customer.
• Physical damage will void all warranty.
• All claims for damage, missing items or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment.
• DVD-Supply.com do our best to keep images/literature are up to date as to best of our knowledge, and we take no responsibilities for any error or mistakesin this web site or any of our advertisements.
• Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.
• CD-Recordable has long been an adapted format, unlike DVD+/-R(W) format; CD Recorder and player has standardized compatibility through out the industry.  Our media has been tested with quality surpassed CD-R(W) format standard . For this reason CD-R media are non-refundable upon delivery. However exchange may be requested if you received the wrong type of media.
• No returns on opened computer software, CD/DVD movie case, hardware with opened software.
• DVD-Supply.COM & parent company HNG Marketing Co. will not be responsible for damage and/or lost that are caused by delay of shipment or our products.
