How long does it take for my
order to be shipped?
95% of orders placed before 4:00PM goes out on
the same day. (Please note this rule applies to orders of in-stock products
only.) Order received after 4:00PM are processed on the following business day.
UPS does not operate on Saturday & Sunday, therefore order placed after Friday
4:00PM will be processed on Monday of the following week.

How do I get my
UPS tracking number?
The tracking numbers for each days shipped
orders are automatically emailed after 6:30pm Pacific Standard Time.
Alternatively, you can check the DVD-Supply online order status after 6:30 PM.
That is when UPS uploads the tracking numbers for the day.

My UPS tracking
number is not working, what should I do?
Sometimes, a package may get separated from its
order and does not get scanned by UPS right away. Give it a day or two to see if
all the items on your order arrive. If not send us an email and we will advise
on beginning the lost package process with UPS.

UPS has my
package but they have not deliver it yet. Why?
Please contact UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS to obtain
further status on your packages. The priority of delivery within the method of
shipment chosen is determined by your local UPS hub. DVD-Supply.com would always
like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If UPS is holding them, please
contact UPS.

Does
DVD-Supply ship to P.O. Box , APO
or FPO address?
Our current shipment regulations do not allow
shipments to P.O. Box addresses or U.S. Military addresses such as APO and FPO.

Do you offer 2nd day or any
other faster shipping method?
Yes, when you need rush delivery, you have the
option of choosing UPS 3 day select, 2nd day air, Next day air
(over night) as well as Saturday delivery next day air (available upon request).
For 2nd day or Next day air,
order needs to be placed before 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time. We Do Not
Charge Extra For Rush Orders, however, it is highly
recommended for you to contact

for international Shopping?
We ONLY ship via UPS Express or UPS Expedited for
international credit card orders. For lower cost shipping method such as U.S.P.S.
please choose PayPal or Money Order as payment option. For more information
